THE IGNORED KILLER

When we hear "killer", our bodies shiver, our nerves rattle, our fingers dial 911 or we cock our guns ready for a showdown (yeah right)! We expect a human being or atleast a machine controled by a human being, we expect to see knives guns,arrows, razor blade mouths (elenu razor) or BOMBS!!! But what happens when all these obvious things are absent??? We start to go scripture!!!
Have you ever sat down to imagin what it will be like to fly? or dreaming of becoming the president of a nation for just one day??? Yes you have...It's called BOREDOM!!! This is the ignored killer. Everybody has had a taste of boredom (he resides mostly in Ibadan sha).
This story I'm about to tell talks about my experience with the killer...BOREDOM...

January 4,2012, a beautiful wednesday, I had planned to go out and have a blast, but then BOREDOM'S accomplice came along...SUBSIDY! I managed to avoid him and accomplish my goal. Not until the 9th,monday,when subsidy unleashed his secret technique...STRIKE! I had to stay home since safe from the killers...I'v bee bored stiff. My home became a foster for imaginary friends. I played with the colourful openers and imagined them to be the "power rangers". I even had a bath three times daily (something I'll never do in a million years). I drew my own chess board with paper and a pen, and used beans grains as the pawns, dead roaches as the knights, bottle tops as the rookies, matchsticks as the bishops, dog poo as the king (cuz he's the shitiest character,lol) and stones as the queens (cuz she's the strongest character)....

I cannot imaging myself being cast away on an island for just a week, I'll prolly fare worse than Tom Hanks. I mean, no electricity, no internet, no phones, no evENTS, NO PEOPLE??????!!!!!!! ARRRRGGGGGGHHHH!!!!
